Deep Cricket — Terms of Use Last updated: 4 August 2026 1. Acceptance By creating an account, signing in, or continuing to use the Deep Cricket mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. 2. Operator Deep Cricket is owned and operated by Aura Trends Inc, a company located in Canada. 3. Eligibility The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the App or creating an account, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 13, you must not use the App or create an account. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country (for example, under 16 in some EU member states), you may use the App only with permission from a parent or legal guardian where required by law. 4. Service description Deep Cricket provides cricket match information, scorecards, analytics, and curated video links sourced from third-party data providers. Content may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable at times. 5. Accounts You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in method and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@deepcricket.io if you suspect unauthorized access. 6. Acceptable use You agree not to misuse the App, scrape data at scale, reverse engineer security controls, or use the service for unlawful purposes. 7. Guest access You may browse limited features without an account. Signed-in users may receive additional features as described in the App. 8. Third-party services Match data may be provided by our data providers, subject to their terms. Video links may redirect to YouTube and other platforms governed by their own policies. The App may display advertisements served by Google AdMob and its advertising partners, subject to their terms and privacy policies. 9. Disclaimer The App is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Cricket scores and analytics are informational only. 10. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deep Cricket and Aura Trends Inc shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App. 11.
