Deep Cricket — Privacy Policy Last updated: 4 August 2026 1. Overview Deep Cricket respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect your information when you use our App. The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. Deep Cricket is owned and operated by Aura Trends Inc, located in Canada. A public copy of this policy is also available at https://deepcricket.io/privacy. 2. Information we collect • Account data: email address and authentication identifiers when you sign in (Google or email one-time code). • Usage data: app interactions needed to operate features you request (e.g., saved preferences, match views). • Device data: basic technical logs for security, crash diagnosis, and abuse prevention. • Advertising data: when ads are shown, Google AdMob and advertising partners may collect or receive identifiers such as the advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, approximate location, and data about ad views and interactions, as described in their policies. 3. How we use information We use your information to authenticate you, deliver App features, improve reliability, communicate important service messages, and (where applicable) show and measure advertising. We do not sell your personal information. 4. Advertising The App may use Google AdMob (a Google Play certified ad network) to serve ads, including personalized ads where permitted by law and your choices. AdMob and its partners may process data for ad serving, personalization, measurement, and fraud prevention. Learn how Google uses data for advertising: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other regions where required, we present a consent message so you can consent, manage options, or do not consent to advertising uses of your data. Your choice affects whether ads can be personalized. Where Google Play Families policy or applicable law requires child-appropriate advertising for a user who is a child, we will limit personalization and ad content as required. 5. Authentication providers If you choose Google sign-in, Google processes your credentials according to its privacy policy. We receive only the profile data needed to create your Deep Cricket account. 6. Data storage & security Account and App data we operate are stored using industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) in a datacenter located in Mumbai, India. Access controls and row-level security limit data exposure. Sessions expire after 30 days of inactivity. Advertising partners may process advertising data in other regions according to their own policies. 7. Retention We retain account data while your account is active and as needed for legal or operational purposes. You may delete your account in the App (menu → Delete account), or request deletion by contacting support@deepcricket.io. Advertising partners retain data according to their own policies. 8. Your choices You may browse as a guest without signing in. You may sign out at any time from the App menu. Signed-in users can permanently delete their account and related account data from the App menu via Delete account; you may also email support@deepcricket.io for deletion help. Where a consent message is shown, you can consent, manage options, or do not consent. After you choose, you can change or withdraw consent later in the Deep Cricket App via Manage privacy choices (Ad preferences) once that control is available. Consent for ads is managed in the App (not from this website alone). You may also reset or limit the advertising ID in your device settings. US state privacy rights If you are a resident of a U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law (such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and others as laws take effect), you may have additional rights regarding your personal information. • Right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it (described in this policy). • Right to request deletion of personal information we hold about your account, subject to legal exceptions. • Right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Deep Cricket does not sell your personal information for money. Advertising through Google AdMob may involve sharing identifiers and usage data with advertising partners for ad serving and measurement, which some state laws treat as a "sale" or "sharing." • Right to non-discrimination for exercising these privacy rights. To opt out of sale or sharing for advertising purposes, use Do Not Sell My Personal Information or Manage privacy choices in the Deep Cricket App when that control is available (after our advertising privacy integration is released). You may also limit the advertising ID in your device settings. For other requests, contact support@deepcricket.io with the subject line "US privacy request." We will verify and respond as required by applicable law. 10. Children The App is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. Contact support@deepcricket.io if you believe a child under 13 has provided us information. Where local law sets a higher age of digital consent than 13, use of the App by those users requires permission from a parent or legal guardian as required by that law. Future Clubs & Academies features (not part of the current consumer App) may allow schools or coaches to manage player profiles, including for children, under separate terms and organizational arrangements. Child roster data in those features will not be used for personalized advertising. 11. International users Aura Trends Inc operates Deep Cricket from Canada. Primary App account and service data are hosted in Mumbai, India. Data may also be processed in other regions where our infrastructure providers and advertising partners operate, with appropriate safeguards. 12.
